Dear XStore Support Team,

I am writing to seek assistance with a few issues I have encountered with the XStore theme on my website. The theme has been fantastic, and I truly appreciate your efforts in continually improving its responsiveness and features. My website URL and admin login details will be provided in the private area.

Swatch Size Reversion upon Clicking: After resizing the swatches on product pages, they revert to a very small size when clicked. This might be related to JavaScript. Assistance in maintaining the resized dimensions post-click would be highly beneficial.

Alignment in Single Product Builder: I’m facing alignment challenges in the single product builder, particularly with the product archive. The elements are not aligning as expected, and I suspect there may be conflicting settings in the customizer, especially within the WooCommerce settings. I have disabled Single Product Builder and am using the Xstore builder, but have noticed that some settings in customizer might be conflicting as some work and some do nothing.

Sidebar Widgets on Shop Page Template: The sidebar areas are not auto-populating when importing a shop page template. I need guidance on either importing these widgets or setting them up manually.

Elementor Layout Issues Post-Update: Since the update after 3.15.3 in October, I have been unable to adjust padding or margins in the layout tab on Elementor. On the staging site I have updated it to the latest and it works except being able to adjust margins and padding, I have managed a workaround using spacers. My main site is on 3.15.3 which works but has potential security risks, but it is the version of Elementor/Pro that is currently working well on my main site. (Updated Elementor cannot adjust margins or padding in Layout for containers). Any insights on this compatibility issue would be greatly appreciated.

Theme Reinstallation Consideration: Could reinstallation of the XStore theme help resolve these issues? I want to ensure that I don’t lose any site data in the process.

Your assistance with these matters would be invaluable. I look forward to your expert guidance and am ready to provide any additional information required.

1/ Please provide the URL of the product with the problem.
Here is what we see on a random single product page – https://prnt.sc/DmwkfIyZZvA_

2/ Please provide a video example of the problem that we should be able to see on your site.
Upload it on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.

3/ Appearance > Widgets > add widgets into Shop sidebar content.

4/ There is no known compatibility problem. We would recommend you contact support of the Elementor plugin and provide them with exact examples of where exactly and what exactly can’t be configured.
Try to edit paddings globally in Site settings from Elementor – https://prnt.sc/-Bx21-kV7w8M

5/ We don’t see a need in theme re-installation.
In any case, do a full backup before reinstallation to be able to restore all if something goes wrong. Your hosting provider should be able to help with the backup.

Thank you for your help!

So the two issues that we will focus on, are the swatches resizing after clicking. Please see the video below.

The second issue is under Xstore builder, product archive. The layout is unable to be a normal layout. For some reason there is a gap before the first product and then the logo shows up in the middle of the archive.

I was able to fix the swatch issue by using css and setting the swatch setting in customizer to default, then I used this code to resize the swatches and thankfully it is now working.

The only main issue left right now is the “Archive Products” element. I cant get it to play nice, there is an image that is stuck loading and spaces that cant be deleted. To recreate this try to edit “Archive Products” and you will see what I mean, but the swatch issue is resolved 🙂
