    Hello, @Z,

    Could you please check it once by activating the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty Two or Three, just to make it sure that the issue is with our theme or not? If the issue will still persist with the default WordPress theme as well then it will make sure that the issue is not because of our theme and in that case, I suggest you to reach out to the WooCommerce or WordPress support on this issue, because once the issue will be fixed with the default WordPress theme, it will automatically fix with our theme as well.

    Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

    And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    Note: Please take the complete backup of your site first.

    1a.Desktop View Changes

    Actually, the thing is that using more than 1 cache setting will cause unexpected issues on the site. Let me tell you.

    Proxy Cache Purge plugin is a cache/optimizer plugin and the WP Rocket is also used for the same purpose. Also, the theme optimization feature has optimization and cache options in it. So from all of these things you have to use only 1 because using more than one at the same time will conflict and cause issues on the site.

    This is the main reason for this.

    I have checked your site now and found no issue all the changes in the header appear fine on the front end as well.     1b. Mobile View Changes

    I am not able to understand your issue properly and also I am not able to find any such button on your site on the mobile version, so could you please share the screenshot and explain it a bit more clearly, so that I will check and help you out accordingly?
