Hello,
I can assure you that I am doing this correctly, so I will just provide you with a login to see this issue for yourself.
When I make changes to the header it does not save.
The changes I need made are listed in the private content area
Hello, @Azager,
1a.Desktop View Changes
Actually, the thing is that using more than 1 cache setting will cause unexpected issues on the site. Let me tell you.
Proxy Cache Purge plugin is a cache/optimizer plugin and the WP Rocket is also used for the same purpose. Also, the theme optimization feature has optimization and cache options in it. So from all of these things you have to use only 1 because using more than one at the same time will conflict and cause issues on the site.
This is the main reason for this.
I have checked your site now and found no issue all the changes in the header appear fine on the front end as well. I have captured a video for you on your site. please watch it complete for a better reference: https://www.veed.io/view/ecb8cf06-1c68-4d92-b925-92aef22f17e4?sharingWidget=true&panel=share
1b. Mobile View Changes
I am not able to understand your issue properly and also I am not able to find any such button on your site on the mobile version, so could you please share the screenshot and explain it a bit more clearly, so that I will check and help you out accordingly?
2. Your issue is resolved now, please check back to your site after clearing the browser cache. I have just removed the empty widget or static blocks from Appearance > Widgets > Static blocks > Header banner. See the image for a better reference: https://ibb.co/WVq2g41 and https://ibb.co/2vY2bDv
