A Bug When Creating a New Page The Screen is White

I am having trouble when creating a new page. Every time I click add new to create a new page it opens a new tab with a white blank screen. It doesn’t load anything at all. I tried to create a new page other ways but I still get the white screen. Please help!

Hello, @Z,

Could you please check it once by activating the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty Two or Three, just to make it sure that the issue is with our theme or not? If the issue will still persist with the default WordPress theme as well then it will make sure that the issue is not because of our theme and in that case, I suggest you to reach out to the WooCommerce or WordPress support on this issue, because once the issue will be fixed with the default WordPress theme, it will automatically fix with our theme as well.

Thanks for your message. I tried that but it’s still not working. Every time I click to add a new page it gives me a white screen. I’m trying as many ways as I can. Is there a way to create a page I’m not doing?

Hello, @Z,

As you claimed that it is not working with the default WordPress Theme as well and the behaviour is same, then it makes clear that the issue is not because of our theme, so I suggest you to reach out to the WordPress support on this issue, they will better debug it for you.

This issue is independent from our theme.
