    Go to Products > Add products. Edit products and select category – https://woocommerce.com/document/managing-product-taxonomies/ (Info about “How to add product categories to the site menu” is also in this article).

    You added a few sliders on the page, some sections are hidden on Responsive. Maybe there is a conflict of some sort in this particular place. Please try to create a new page > add Slides element and configure background image settings there, check it all will be shown correctly there.

    We are thankful for your answer but in case you want us to help you we need to know the name of the file that causes issues on your website.
    We asked you a few times to write us the name of the problem file but you didn’t provide us such information.
    “et core on line 3997” – line of what exactly file??

    You should know that each plugin and theme contains many many different files in the package and it is impossible to give you a fix without knowing the name of the file where the issue exists.

    Please, find next information in order to help you:
    1/The step-by-step way to reproduce the issue
    2/The name of file the error comes from
    3/Do you have such an error now? What is the page of error showing?

    Hello, Ruth89,

    Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

    It looks like you tried to edit the content of the Home page using not Elementor page editor, but something else.
    Go to Pages > Home page > edit with Elementor – the page is displayed just fine, but not when the editor is closed.
    We would recommend you disable all 3rd party plugins, clear all cache including CDN cache, and update the theme and XStore Core plugin.

    Or if your hosting does regular backups, you can contact them and ask for help to restore the site to a state without the problem.

    Is your account personal or business?
    Currently, we have a problem with business account connections, and we are working on solving this together with Facebook support.
    If your account is personal, but you face the problem, it is caused by the security\visibility settings of your Instagram account.

    To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
    To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    The plugins included with our theme are external. We have purchased an Extended License for each of these plugins. They are fully functional and should run perfectly.

    The latest plugin versions are always available. You can find them in the theme folder, and you can get them directly from us. Simply login to your account on our site ( http://www.8theme.com/my-account/), go to the https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ page, enter your purchase code, and you’ll be granted access to the appropriate archives.

    Registration of these plugins is not necessary. They will function perfectly without any need for activation.

    The plugin activation option was added only for those who need to get automatic updates and support directly from plugin developers. If you need this option, you will first need to purchase and register the plugin.

    The Premium version of the Slider Revolution plugin does not come bundled with any theme on ThemeForest – https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins

    You can find the archive “Revolution sliders from XStore Demos” here – https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ It contains all sliders from our demos.

    Please describe the “products disappearing” problem in more detail with screenshots and URLs.

    After that provide correct wp-admin and FTP access (please check them before replaying).

    You can use Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo tool to make screenshots and share the links here, or you can use a file-sharing service such as WeTransfer https://wetransfer.com/ to upload ready images there and provide us with URLs.

    We’ve changed some settings in Theme Options > Speed Optimization.
    1/ Please try to edit pages now.
    Please note that in case a page was created using Elementor it can be edited using Elementor only, new pages you can edit by any editor you prefer.
    2/ We do not see YOAST SEO plugin on your site, but XStore is compatible with this plugin.
    3/ Clear the cache and check the header now.
    4/ About images, please go to Dashboard > Media > images are not visible, and this is independent of our theme. We would recommend you contact your hosting provider to get assistance.

    You had incorrect permissions on the xstore folder in uploads → https://prnt.sc/Xozgwox3Lm5m . It created issues with styles on your frontend → https://prnt.sc/EHQmFGmQ6_Ir
    We removed that folder and a new one was automatically created on options save action. Now there are no fatal/critical errors and frontend is normally designed. Please, check!
