After the submission of the order checkout pages loads without end. I can see the order in woocommerce orders but from users perspective it does not send it. It displays a message after a couple of minutes failed to fetch.

    Hello, Alex,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

Please check how it works when the Advanced layout is disabled in Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Cart/Checkout Layout.

Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Hello, Alex,

    Thank you for your response.

1/ In order to troubleshoot the issue with you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

2/ Please check how it works when the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront is activated on your site.
    Let us know the result.

3/ Do you see any errors in the browser console while getting the loader on checkout? Open it by right click > Inspect > https://prnt.sc/hTn3I8zssqbP Provide us with a screenshot of the results.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Hello, Alex,

    Thank you for your response.

Do you mean the problem persists even with the Storefront theme activated? Please let us know.

In case the problem persists with our theme only, please provide FTP access. In another case, we would recommend you to contact the support of WooCommerce plugin because we can see a js error from WC – https://prnt.sc/2-JTj_aR86oA via the browser console.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Hello, Alex,

    Thank you for your response.

If the problem persists independently of the activated theme, it means it is not caused by XStore, so our support can’t help, unfortunately. We would recommend you contact WooCommerce support – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    We hope for your understanding.

    Kind Regards,

    Hello again,
I found a solution about the checkout error i had. I have one final question if you can help me. The speed of add to cart button and the side cart that pops about in the shop page depends on the theme, woocommerce or server response time? It is the only part in my website that takes a lot of time until it works properly.

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, Alex,

Ajax result speed depends on server response time and DB structure. Theme sends requests to your DB and waits for response. So, if it’s slow, try to speed up the server response time. We can do nothing with it.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
