Getting a fatal Error code on my website

I keep getting a fatal error code on my website and I need this fixed as fast as possible. This is a copy of the code that I am getting.

Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

Please download patcher.php file by this link – https://we.tl/t-DdaVTrFxvy and re-upload it into xstore/framework folder via FTP to fix the Fatal error.

I will try the one from this link but the one currently in the theme keeps changing my home page. Not good.

even after doing the patch I am still having issues with products disappearing from my site.

Please describe the “products disappearing” problem in more detail with screenshots and URLs.

After that provide correct wp-admin and FTP access (please check them before replaying).

You can use Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo tool to make screenshots and share the links here, or you can use a file-sharing service such as WeTransfer https://wetransfer.com/ to upload ready images there and provide us with URLs.
