XStore Facebook or Google Login Not Working

The Social Login for the theme doesn’t work. We have tried on multiple occasions but continue to have an issue.

The current issue is that the link takes us to the Facebook page where you can submit your password but then reverts back to the Login page with the following error message:
Can’t log in or register with Facebook. Please, try again later.

We have already set up the Facebook ID & secret ID, as well as, the OAUTH based on the instructions received.

We continue to have problems trying to set this up and need assistance.

we even contact the hosting company to make sure 1) Make sure that file_get_contents() function is enabled in the server configuration. and they said it is on

Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

this is the wp-admin, the site not included FTP, only access via SSH, waiting for ur next step

Hello,

We need FTP or SFTP access, please contact your hosting provider and ask to check what they can do to help with this.

In the settings of FB, please set the next – https://prnt.sc/F2oxY0jPeH6v (enable Force Web OAuth reauthentication and Embedded Browser OAuth Login).

Temporarily disable Login from Devices – https://prnt.sc/61mkKBGa87bL

Check how FB login works then. Let us know the result.

as I mentioned before, the website doesn’t have FTP or SFTP, it only has ssh access if you want it

after I set the setting up, nothing fixes it it still gives the same error

Hello,

Do you have any additional redirects? It seems that after receiving a response from the social network, there is a redirect and it breaks the process. This is only for Facebook, Google login works normally.

Provide us with access to the Facebook API, so we can check your FB app settings.
