Issue with Elementor Single Product Template and Background Overlay in Xstore Theme

    Hello Xstore Support Team,

    I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to you because I am experiencing some difficulties with the integration of Elementor’s single product template in the Xstore theme.

    I have recently made changes to a single product page using Elementor, customizing it by adding videos and photos. However, when I visit my website and refresh the page to see if the Elementor single product template has been applied, the original product page still appears. I am not sure how to import my Elementor template for a single product with the Xstore theme, and I would appreciate your guidance on this.

    Additionally, I have noticed an issue with the background overlay on my website. On my homepage, you can see that there is a white background with a green overlay. However, this background overlay is not appearing on my Elementor product page, and I do not understand why. I have attached screenshots to help you better understand the issue.

    Could you please assist me with these two issues? I would be grateful for your help in resolving them.

    According to the fact you are using the Elementor Pro plugin and you are the client of their premium support we recommend you contact with the plugin and wait for their answer.
    This time to check if that problem is not related to our theme, you may check how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – StoreFront.
