Hello. When clicking on edit a page, the screen appears white. I have tried it in wordpress 6.1.1 and 6.2, with PHP version 7.4, 8.0 and 8.1 and it doesn’t work. It only works if I disable the XStore Core plugin, but if I disable it the website doesn’t look good. I leave you privately two captures.

About your problem with page editing, please go to Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs and select today’s log. What info do you have there?

In order to identify the issue on your site, we kindly ask you to enable debug mode in WordPress, as per the instructions provided in the following link: https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/. This will help to determine what needs to be fixed.

Hello. I still can’t EDIT the page. I am not referring to editing it with ELEMENTOR, but to editing it from wordpress, for example to edit the URL or edit YOAST SEO. The page just stays blank.

Also, for a strange reason the header appears in PURPLE color, when it is GREEN. And in the mobile version, the images are not visible. Please, I need these things not to happen, otherwise I want the money back. Thank you.

We’ve changed some settings in Theme Options > Speed Optimization.
1/ Please try to edit pages now.
Please note that in case a page was created using Elementor it can be edited using Elementor only, new pages you can edit by any editor you prefer.
2/ We do not see YOAST SEO plugin on your site, but XStore is compatible with this plugin.
3/ Clear the cache and check the header now.
4/ About images, please go to Dashboard > Media > images are not visible, and this is independent of our theme. We would recommend you contact your hosting provider to get assistance.
