When selecting a category in the store it goes down

Hello…

When I click on any category in the sidebar of the store it goes to the bottom instead of going to the top.

Could you please help me.

Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

We would recommend you disable “Scroll To Top After Ajax Filter Action” in Theme options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page filter. If you do not what to disable it, please provide temporary FTP access, so we can check the situation more deeply.

To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.
