i am facing issue with 2 plugins
x store amp
and
x store core
if I activate them them there is issue on row no 3997
website is not opening properly on mobile
on desktop website is good
but on mobile website is worst

Do you use latest versions of both plugins? https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update

Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can check the situation on your site more deeply and help you.

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

It seems that you renamed et-core-plugin folder to another name “et-core-plugin22“ → https://prnt.sc/LgL_lV2rDnbX in that case you had fatal errors. For now, we checked your plugins and there is no such renamed “et-core-plugin22“ → https://prnt.sc/UzMA-fnCaOSj
Also, we checked from different devices and didn’t find any issues.
In case you can reproduce the steps to have such fatal error, please, share in details.

We are thankful for your answer but in case you want us to help you we need to know the name of the file that causes issues on your website.
We asked you a few times to write us the name of the problem file but you didn’t provide us such information.
“et core on line 3997” – line of what exactly file??

You should know that each plugin and theme contains many many different files in the package and it is impossible to give you a fix without knowing the name of the file where the issue exists.

Please, find next information in order to help you:
1/The step-by-step way to reproduce the issue
2/The name of file the error comes from
3/Do you have such an error now? What is the page of error showing?
