    The shortcode on your screenshot comes from MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress plugin. You can edit Footer static block and delete the shortcode from content, or Install the MC4WP plugin and create a form, then change the shortcode according to your form id.

    According to the fact you didn’t provide us neither the solutions you tried without success nor a topic where you read the same question – we can recommend you try one of the next ones:
    1/ You can use Loco translate plugin for renaming “Blog“ word across the theme use-cases.
    2/ Copy xstore/templates/breadcrumbs.php to xstore-child/templates/breadcrumbs.php and replace all “Blog“ words with the one you need “News & Resources“ → https://prnt.sc/au6fZMiMxDKg (example)

    In case you will have no success even after those solutions, we would help you directly if you provide us admin+ftp details in private area content.

    Hello, Mady,

    The core plugin was installed on your site incorrectly, so you need to connect your files via FTP and delete et-core-plugin, then you will be able to upload the latest plugin version via Dashboard.
    We can’t connect your files via FTP:

    Error:        	Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
    Error:        	Could not connect to server

    so we can’t do this for you.

    1/ In order to troubleshoot the issues you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing current situation.

    2/ Check if this situation is caused by your custom changes in files.

    3/ Provide us with temporary wp-admin access.

    2/ You have Sales booster popup displayed (fake sales notification)

    We can recommend you check from an incognito window or clear your browser cookies and check in non-incognito.
