Multiple sidebar bugs - by i-Visio - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi,

We have set up a shop sidebar with multiple widgets that are not displaying : https://webdev.megabags.fr/valise-souple-samsonite/

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

Please try to test how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront activated on your site.
We need to find out if the situation is caused by XStore or by something else.

Hi, The sidebar disappeared after we activated storefront

Hello, i-Visio,

We would recommend you contact the support of the WooCommerce plugin. Probably once you got widgets and the sidebar working fine with Storefront, the problem will be fixed for our theme also.

Yeah okay, but how do we do that ? I don’t know how to contact Woocommerce, they don’t have a support like you do…

When we try to open your link from the latest message we are redirected to the Home page.

On https://webdev.megabags.fr/sac-porte-travers-femme/ we can see widgets in the sidebar – https://prnt.sc/y-u7-nhAFXk4

“the one i sent you on the first message” – this one https://webdev.megabags.fr/valise-souple-samsonite/ ? Here is what we can see – https://prnt.sc/gXuQpI6uiR_7 , this category is empty https://prnt.sc/7kYSS7ugMdsj , so it is normal that some widgets are not displayed.
