Installing a new theme and copying over royal/royal child from a staging website. I am moving things over and updated all my plugins and currently getting a “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” when I try to access the theme options…

Try installing the plugins required by the template:
– CMB2
– Redux Framework
I solved it this way.

Hello,

Yes, these plugins are required plugins that allows you to use Theme Options and custom settings for the pages/products, so keep them enabled.
