We don’t know. That option is WooCommerce option, not our theme option, so, we can do nothing to enable it by default. We think many users wrote them about this but it’s still disabled.

Problem is that you won’t be able to use the live editor of theme options and it’s a problem. So, could you explain them the situation and ask to provide more detailed information to allow the developer to fix the issue and to avoid blocking. I don’t think that it’s very difficult for them to provide you screenshot of logs or something that helps us to understand the reason of this blocking.

Plugin support told us that problem is caused by the 6.x version of the WPBakery http://prntscr.com/pbv16z
Either wait for the next plugin update or we can send you WPBakery 5.7 to downgrade plugin and make the option work. What do you prefer?

1) I see. Would you be so kind as to describe in more details what requests were blocked by the firewall and the reasons why it was done? Maybe you have any useful information in the server logs. Because we faced one more user with the same issue and have some feeling that new uses will appear. We don’t have such issue on our installations, so, can’t find out with the errors without your assistance.

2) Provide us with FTP access to your site to update theme and core plugin to the latest version where some errors of the header builder were fixed. When we tried to update the theme using autoupdate we stacked with maintenance mode.

Sorry for sme delay in answering, a lot of clients’ requests during the last few days.
1) Add the following custom to child theme style.css

2) I would recommend you to buy one more license of the XStore theme to build the new project, for example, check demo https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/jewellery/ or any other from 83 version that could be adapt to your project because XStore has a lot of options. Let me know if you need any special options that could be missing in our theme?

Your products have a lot of variations and if you keep variation swatches enabled on grid http://prntscr.com/pbtkce it requires a lot of the resources and related products that have these variations on grid cause the page crash. At the same time, your server does not fully meet theme requirements http://prntscr.com/pbt812 So, try to update server limits to min required or disable swatches on grid http://prntscr.com/pbu1gj
Besides I don’t think that this long list of the variations will look nice http://prntscr.com/pbu23a for the product grid
