Down time , loading time and connection lost

First of all i really love this theme and i will try to fix an issue before i change theme.
I experience a lot of downtime, loading time when i try to work on the site. Can take up to 2 minute just the image editor to open in the back end. Sometime the site load and load so much i quit working on it. I have several website on this server. Its not the fastest server but they all run great except for this new site. 🙁 i try to reinstall 2 time.. always the same thing.

I have hope cause some time and i can work like 30 minute or 45 minute and everything goes well and after it start to be so slow..
I really dont know what to do.

I try to run the site just with 4 plugin.. its the same

Hello,

1) We have installed the cache plugin to speed up your site. And speed results are not bad https://tools.pingdom.com/#5b58bcbf21800000
2) Optimize your images to reduce the page size. You may use https://tinypng.com/ and save up t0 80% for example result for one of your images http://prntscr.com/pa966d
3) Site speed depends not just on theme or plugin but on the server. I would recommend you to check this item especially if sometimes site works ok and very slow the other time.

Hey thanks for the fast reply.
I understand and it all make sense.
Im going to apply your tips and the results are effectively not bad.
Maybe some time my server bug or i dont know.
