1) We updated also the Revolution slider plugin to the latest version (6.5.5) and they have problem with the latest version. If I downgrade slider to 6.5.4 it works. So, keep the old version enabled till they release the new version with the fix of this bug.
2) Yes, it’s a new view of WP 5.8. But if you prefer the old styles you can disable the new WP widgets in Theme Options > General > Enable Old Widgets Panel.

Besides one of the third-party plugins caused the issue with the widgets but we can’t check which one because your hosting blocks our IP and we can’t access your site to test and to your FTP https://prnt.sc/1g9ldtb

Email builder is not compatible with the multilingual plugins at this moment, unfortunately. Our developers already have the task to add support of multilingual plugins in the features list but I can’t tell you when they implement this.
So, if you need multilingual emails then use default WooCommerce templates or look for another email builder that supports this.
