Hello, we bought theme,
want to import demo with Elementor
we wnat to use first page with banners like here:

and product detail page like here:

so what demo we have to import to get all this

Have you already imported any demo content? Could you, please, provide us with link to your site?

This home page https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/home-banners/ created using WPBkery page builder and product look element is not available for the Elementor https://prnt.sc/1g9s1eg

All the other elements could be created using Elementor product tabs and Banner with mask element.

Hello, yes we import main demo .

1.
what mean Banner with mask element? where i can check the demo of it?
is there option to import revslider layout like this one? https://prnt.sc/1io82mk

2.
i would like to have some option to limit access for managers, I mean , I have sales managers, and would like that they have access not to full backoffice, but to sales, orders, customers, products, categories (what is for shop) only, is there in your theme solution for this? if not what solutions you can suggest to do it?

Hello,

1) a) https://prnt.sc/1iqdca8
b) you can use Banner element https://prnt.sc/1iqe3c4 or simple columns with background the texts inside to create all the other blocks from the screenshot. Provide us with WP Dashboard access and we’ll create an example.

2) Theme does not have such options. Look for the Role manager plugin to implement this.

Hello,

1) a) Use Revolution slider (https://www.sliderrevolution.com/manual/selecting-layers-via-the-canvas-or-timeline/) to create the slider you need and then add the Revolution slider element to the first column.
b) We have only one Banner with mask Elementor element, see here https://prnt.sc/1iqe3c4

3) You need to update both: theme and XStore core plugin. Watch video tutorial https://youtu.be/xMEoi3rKoHk

4) We used Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product builder > Gallery and choose this layout https://prnt.sc/1izdb05

Hello,

4) Make sure that the Wishlist plugin is activated on your site. Provide URL and temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
5) Activate WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway plugin.

Hello,
thanks for support.

I create test product, also did few test orders,
in backoffice in WooCommerce > Customer tab shown this https://prnt.sc/1jiwl6c
then some order in in WooCommerce > Order tab mark order as “complete”
but anyway Customer tab is empty,
why there customers dont appear?

Check how it works when default WC theme – Storefront is activated on your site. If the situation is independent of the theme, contact support of WooCommerce.

Hello, we update the theme from wp backoffice (update the theme in update section, and update XStore core plugin in plugin section,)
and all our setting is gone!!! why???
no our logo , no menu, no single product layout!
why??
after each update all theme setting will be reset???
i tired to set up single page builder, nothing work

Error from your screenshot is an unknown error. So, we need access to your site to check it in more detail and help you. Please, provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site. Or create staging site (full copy of the existing) and provide us with access to staging to allow us to check the problem after theme update and fix it.

Registration of bundled plugins is not necessary. They will function perfectly without any need for activation.

we create test copy, access provided:
please, check issues what was maintained above

2) where i can edit all footer items https://prnt.sc/1qh14ak
if its in “Static block” section, then its dont applies the changes ,
if its in widget section then there non stop loop https://prnt.sc/1qh4yhf

3) in gallery setting zoom enabled https://prnt.sc/1qh5c9o
but in front end not working, also sometimes gallery setting “2 in row” don’t work, in front end 1 in row

check it too pls.

2/ Theme Options > General > Enable Old Widgets Panel > On, then go to Appearance > Widgets and check the content of the Footer area. Enable Elementor for static blocks https://gyazo.com/c44ec88c0bf24793ba441ffb5b5201c6 , and then edit the content of the Footer static block using Elementor.
3/ Edit page using Elementor page builder > go to Site settings > Lightbox > Image Lightbox > disable http://i.prntscr.com/LaTcdLASTPqlWt-6ejim-w.png
