Hi there,
I don’t understand an issue on my website. Some products are hidden by themselves, even I change the visibility. So in my shop page, when I’m filtering product categories, it misses some products. could you help me please ?

Hello,

Do you have the mentioned issue with the Storefront theme? Please, check if you have this error when the Storefront theme is activated.

I’ve checked it’s ok now but sometimes the visibility is hidden again and I have to turn on Catalog and research visibility again.
Also, I have an other issue. I’ve turned on the cart on off-canvas to have the cart opening on right side of the window when customers are adding a product but the cart is still going on an other page. How can I do ?

Hello,

Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > disable Option Redirect to cart after add to cart.

thanks I’ve done it but still the off-canvas to have the cart opening on right side of the window when customers are adding a product are not showing. How can I do ?

Hello,

Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > Disable Product Added Notification option.
