    Hello, @Cabwebdesign,

    Thanks for the video, I understood what you are trying to say. The thing is, as you know product image on the single product page has a different size and then the product image on the product archive page has a different size so you cannot compare both images with each other. I don’t know after the update what changes you have made on the site so that’s the issue that started appearing. But to fix this as I said that you have to use the same size product images on your site. Find a picture on a product that appears fine check the size of it and then try to use the same size images on the products.

    Furthermore, In the XSTORE >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Product Images there is an option to set the product image sizes you can also check this option: https://postimg.cc/t7dJqh8Z

    Hello, @Soumya,

    Thanks for letting us know which one plugin create an issue.

    Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

    Hello, @TFS,

    1.. Yes you can change the color using custom CSS code in the XSTORE >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS now paste the below code at the bottom of the CSS box.

    a) .single-product .et_product-block>.price{color:black !important;}
    b) .single-product .et_product-block>.price ins .amount {color: black !important;}

    Note: In the above code the word “black” is the color and you can change it with the color you want.

    2) No, Sorry to say, that there are no options because the currency of the store is set from the WooCommerce plugin’s settings and you will be able to set only the type of currency then the logo of the currency will appear by default. Change requires customization.

    Furthermore, I have found an article to know how you can add it via customization kindly read the article and follow the steps in order to solve your issue: https://www.cloudways.com/blog/add-custom-currency-symbol-in-woocommerce/

    3) To change the color of the star’s ratings navigate to the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS then paste the below code at the bottom of the CSS box.

    .star-rating span:before{color:red !important;}

    Then save settings. Please note that the word “red” in the above code is the color and you can change it with the color you want.

    4) Navigate to the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product Builder >> Sharing and then enable or disable the icon you want. Check the image: https://postimg.cc/F1THYwxq

    5) To change the color of the stock items notice navigate to the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS then paste the below code at the bottom of the CSS box.

    .stock.step-1{color:red !important;}

    Then save settings. Please note that the word “red” in the above code is the color and you can change it with the color you want.

    6) You can change the background color and hover color of the button by going in to to the XSTORE >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product Builder >> Add to Cart & Quantity check the image: https://postimg.cc/zy168Gg1

    7) In the same option “XSTORE >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product Builder >> Add to Cart & Quantity” you can change the color of the buy now button: https://postimg.cc/XXjwSSJD

    Note: To change the icon into the add to cart and buy now button. You can add the below custom CSS code in the theme options >> theme custom CSS >> global. Like this: https://postimg.cc/4K15CpDr below is the code that I show you in the picture.

    .single_add_to_cart_button:before {
        content: "\f07a" !important;
        font-family: "FontAwesome" !important;
    }

    And here is the link for the icon: https://fontawesome.com/icons/cart-shopping?s=solid&f=classic

    Hello, @Cabwebdesign,

    Actually, the images are not zoomed it just shows the second image on hover nothing else. The images you are using for the products are not the same size you used different size images for products and by default, WooCommerce compress the image sizes so that’s why the images look cropped or zoomed on hover. Like this I show you in the video: https://streamable.com/huqv6b If you open the hover image on a new tab of the browser you will see the image then you will understand that the image is not zoomed it just shows the next image of the product you added. To set the images to appear complete without cropping kindly use the same size images on all the products for a good user experience.

    Hello, @TFS,

    You will find the Floating Menu under XSTORE >> Sales Booster, you have to enable it, and after enabling it, you will find some more options appearing under it.

    So you can set as many items from there by clicking on the “Add New Item” button.

    You can open the item by clicking on the arrow, and then you can set the Icon, Tooltip, Link, Color, active color, and global settings from there as well as per your requirements: https://postimg.cc/cKDZK7gQ

    Hello, @Aman,

    1.. I have checked your site link and found no issue. The product already appears without a sidebar from left to right wave. I have recorded a video for you to know how it appears: https://streamable.com/smlaq2 Please watch the complete video and then check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    2.. I have checked your site speed and found that it is very slow. The page takes more than 5 seconds to complete loads. Check the image: https://postimg.cc/Z97tjzDv I have underlined the cause of the site speed. The server response time needs to improve, and CSS and JS need to be inline and optimized, also the images too. So for this, you can use WP Rocket plugins on your site here is the article to know how the WP Rocket plugins work with our theme: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-improve-wp-rocket-settings-with-xstore/

    Hello, @Soumya,

    You are using the “WCFM – WooCommerce Frontend Manager – Groups & Staffs” plugin for members and when you open the member page the warning appears on the site and then the section not working fine.

    The thing is that there is an AJAX issue in the plugin, so you have to contact the plugin Author for this in order to fix your issue.

    Hello, @Kstb1979,

    Yes, As you confirmed that disabling the third-party plugin solved your issue. But compromise on many other functionalities. Because obviously, the functionality you need is coming from third-party plugins that’s why you installed them and when you disabled the plugins the functionality will no more working on the site.

    Regarding only one image for the variation product, it is because by default WooCommerce allows adding only 1 image for 1 variation, so as you already confirmed that with the default WooCommerce functionality our theme and AMP plugin is working just perfectly.

    It looks like the multiple variations images plugin generating the issue. You have to again activate the third-party plugins one by one to find which plugin conflicts and causes the issue and once you will find it, you have to contact the plugin Author for fixing the issue on your site.

    Hello, @TFS,

    1. If you are using the Single Product Page Builder functionality on your site, then you have to go to XStore >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce >> Single Product Builder >> Tabs and turn ON the Custom Tab 1 and 2 and then add the content in them as per your requirements.

    https://postimg.cc/7fmbw4Bt
    https://postimg.cc/PL8WFyW4

    2. If you are using the prebuilt/default layout for the single product page then you have to go to XStore >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce >> Single Product Page >> Tabs and set the Custom Tab Content from there as per your requirements.

    https://postimg.cc/QHwVn302

    And VENDOR & QUESTIONS/ANSWERS Tabs are coming from the MultiVendor plugin, so if you are not using the Multivendor plugin on your site then those tabs will not appear.

    Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/, clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Hello, @leveltgp,

    Sorry, it is not possible with the current theme version and requires extra Customization. Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style, and functionality described on the item page.

    If you want paid Customization services submit a customization request to WPKraken team.

    OR

    Hello, @Kstb1979,

    Actually, our theme supports two types of product pages.

    1. Pre-build/Default layout:

    If you are using this Pre-build/Default layout, Simply go to Dashboard >> Theme Settings >> Woocommerce(Shop) >> Simple product page >> Single product layout and there you can see the Thumbnails option and choose Disable. And Product Gallery Slider option Choose Enable. See the Screenshot for better reference: https://postimg.cc/njsTPdsG
    The product gallery images will appear like this: https://postimg.cc/875yvP1Y

    2. Custom layout Single Product Builder:

    If you are using the Custom layout Single Product Builder then go to Gallery >> you can see Slider for Thumbnails options See image for better reference: https://postimg.cc/14Nq05y1

    These are possible options for product gallery images. Otherwise, it requires extra customization. Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style, and functionality described on the item page.

    Hello, @Muhammad Ali,

    Alright, let me explain to you why your site speed is low.

    First of all, check our demo speed: https://postimg.cc/5HCBf3Sy it is well optimized. Now check your site speed score: https://postimg.cc/dL3Tq6qF as you can compare both images your site speed score is very low. I have also underlined the cause of your site speed score. You have to optimize these things in order to speed up your site.

    Now, The site speed is based on the site content and the server. It is necessary to use a light-speed server with a good configuration to make the server response time less. When we use third-party plugins it also affects the server response time. We make our theme with huge functionalities so that our customers try to avoid third-party plugins. In your case, I can see that the server response time needs to optimize also, the JS, CSS, and images too. If you check this image: https://postimg.cc/fktNDS6F it tells you the cause and how can you fix it.

    You can use the WP Rocket plugin for this it will help you to optimize the images, CSS, and JS code of the site also it will help you with the cache too so that all the issues will be resolved and server response time will automatically low and you will get a desire results of your site speed.

    To know how the WP Rocket plugin works with our theme please follow this article: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-improve-wp-rocket-settings-with-xstore/
