Can you please make sure that you are using the very latest version of the Theme and Plugins, If not then please update the Theme and Core plugin to the very latest version and check back, here is the changelog: https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/

And If you are already using the very latest version of the Theme and Plugins, then, please share your site WP Admin URL and Credentials and FTP with me in the private content area of this topic, like below-listed format, so that I’ll check and help you out further.

Hi yes everything has been updated

Also i am having the issue: I want to use the frequently bought together add on feature for the xstore , when i click in a product the option shows and then when it loads it disapears… could you please advise

Hello,

We can’t log in to your Dashboard. Please check the credentials.
ftp access: If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.
1/ Theme Options > General > Enable Classic Widgets Panel > On. If this doesn’t help, provide URL of page with the warning.
2/ Record a video of the problem.

What you do not want to provide FTP access?

Why you did not follow our recommendations “Theme Options > General > Enable Classic Widgets Panel > On” ?

Hello, @bagshaw50,

1. Your issue is resolved now. Please check back to your site after clearing the browser cache. I have just On >> Enable Classic Widgets Panel from Theme Options > General.

As we can see all your products are variable, but this feature is available for simple product type only.
