Fake Live Viewing, not enabled on single product page

Hello, I cannot see Fake Live Viewing, on the page of a single product I have activated it but it is only visible in quick view but it is not displayed on the page of a single product, I have emptied the cache, updated the theme and plugin several times but I still get the same error, could you tell me some shortcode or html code to be able to insert this function, I would appreciate your kind response.

Hello, @esau,

Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

And if the issue will still persist then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the login access to your site in the below-listed format in the private content area and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

Hello, thank you for your kind response, I have deactivated the third-party plugins and I have emptied the cache of wordpress and woocommerce, but I continue with the same error of not being able to visualize the Fake Live Viewing on the page of a single product, before continuing With the instructions that you sent me to create an administrator account, I could know if for this widget it could be inserted with some shortcode code of the theme or some code in html that you could provide me or say, since it would be an easy and fast solution, I I would appreciate your kind time. Hello, @esau,

Alright, Thanks for sharing the access with us and for the other details as well.

The thing is that the issue appears because the theme is updated but the core plugin is not so the theme functionality will not work as expected. You said that whenever you update the plugin critical problem starts appearing on the site so there must be a plugin issue or customization if you added in the theme. So in order to solve both issues (Fake viewing and XSTORE Core plugin) follow the below steps.

1) Remove all the customization from the theme if you added.
2) Disable all the third-party plugins including cache plugins. Just enable the theme packaged plugins.
3) Then update the XSTORE Core plugin and then first check back to your issue by clearing the browser cache. It will be resolved.
4) Then activate the third-party plugins one by one.
5) After that you can again add the customization in the theme if you added it.

Regarding the variation issue once you update the plugin and disable all the third-party plugins this issue will be resolved also.
