    Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/, clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

    And if the issue will still persist then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the login access to your site in the below-listed format in the private content area and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    For the footer space, please copy and paste the below-given CSS code to XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS and change the values in the given code as per your requirements.

    For content bottom space, please copy and paste the below-given CSS code to XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS and check back to your site after removing the browser cache.

    You can go to WP-Dashboard >> Tools >> Export and Export the Posts from there, and then you will be able to import it again from WP-Dashboard >> Tools >> Import.

    OR you can try with any plugin as well, which better meets your requirements.

    I have tested your site and it seems that the issue is not coming from our theme because when I check your issue with the default WordPress theme the behavior appears the same. I have recorded a video for you please watch it completely: https://streamable.com/5cw052 It seems that there must be a third-party plugin conflict issue or the issue is coming from the posts you have added on your site. Now, in order to solve your issue follow the below steps.

    1- First disable all the third-party plugins and activate the plugins which are coming with the theme package then check back to your site after clearing the browser cache, if your issue will resolve then activate the plugins one by one so that you will be able to know which plugin conflict and causes the issue.

    Note: By disabling third-party plugins, if still your issue will not be resolved then move forward to point number 2.

    2- First of all, Delete all the posts and their category from the admin Dashboard. After that navigate to the Dashboard >> Pages >> All Pages and then delete the blog page. Then add a new blog page and create new categories manually, and then add the posts manually and assign the categories on them. Once you have done this, go to the Dashboard >> Settings >> Readings and select the blog page of your site then check back to your issue after clearing the browser cache. Your issue will be resolved.

    2- For the logo, the thing is as you can see https://postimg.cc/V5YtDL03 the logo widget is not in the center because of two other widgets in the same row to make the logo center you should have to set the logo widget in the center of the row so that you will get the desired result. Regarding to the size of the logo you can use the “200 x 200” it will look like this: https://postimg.cc/rDYgLRx0

    Hello, @AnimalShop,

    Actually, there is a thing which is that if you change the paragraph font size from the theme options “typography” it will work on complete site paragraph text but if you want to set the product tabs paragraph text size only then you have to make it with the custom CSS code.

    You can add the custom CSS code in the XSTRE >> Theme options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS. Below is the code of it.

    .tabs .tab-content p{font-size:12px !important;}

    Sorry to say, that there is no such feature in the theme for this because it is not coming and set from our theme. If you check the thing by activating the default WordPress theme like (Twenty Twenty Two) you will get the same results. Changes require customization.

    Actually, The thing is by default the (Description, and Additional Information) tabs globally appear on all the products you cannot change them from theme options. Further, you have a custom tab option while you edit a product from the backend check the image: https://postimg.cc/HVpczXp1 this tab and its content will only appear on the product you edit.

    Now, If you want to show total different tabs on different products there is no such feature in the theme right now. It requires customization.
    If you want paid Customization services submit a customization request to WPKraken team.

    A) Actually, Yes you can make more banners like this in the static block feature of our theme.

    B) To show the different banners on different product page requires multiple custom product page layouts. In easy words “You have to create your own custom product page layouts for different products” To do this navigate to the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product Builder >> Multiple Templates check image: https://postimg.cc/qhrLJgdc and https://postimg.cc/FYJg00rg as you can see in the images to understand how you can create your own multiple custom product page layout. This is the only possible way to make it.

    2) To edit the icons and change the colors navigate to the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product Builder >> Sharing there you will be able to change the color and icons as per your need check the image: https://postimg.cc/vgjZ7xHf and https://postimg.cc/PChrMjh3

    What text you are talking about I don’t get it “Can I also make the text which is grey into the color black?” can you please share a screenshot of the text so that I will be able to provide you with a proper solution in order to solve your issue.

    About others, provide FTP access, and we will regenerate the .pot file for the theme. If you do not know how to create an FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

    Alright, Thanks for sharing the access with us and for the other details as well.

    The thing is that the issue appears because the theme is updated but the core plugin is not so the theme functionality will not work as expected. You said that whenever you update the plugin critical problem starts appearing on the site so there must be a plugin issue or customization if you added in the theme. So in order to solve both issues (Fake viewing and XSTORE Core plugin) follow the below steps.

    1) Remove all the customization from the theme if you added.
    2) Disable all the third-party plugins including cache plugins. Just enable the theme packaged plugins.
    3) Then update the XSTORE Core plugin and then first check back to your issue by clearing the browser cache. It will be resolved.
    4) Then activate the third-party plugins one by one.
    5) After that you can again add the customization in the theme if you added it.

    Regarding the variation issue once you update the plugin and disable all the third-party plugins this issue will be resolved also.
