My plugin are not updating and the site is loading very slowly please help me

1. I have updated all the Plugins. Please check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

2. I have checked your site speed score actually, and it’s good, not bad your site time score is less than 2 seconds to load which is really good. Google prefers websites on its search engine which take less than 3 seconds to load.
