    Hello, @Coroveisc,

    Could you please try to use the default Filter by attribute widget instead of the 8theme Swatches filter widget? Hope this will work for you.

    Hello, @amandine,

    Which plugin are you using for that PDF invoice? Could you please share the name and the plugin page URL?

    And also could you please check it once by activating the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty Two, just to make sure that the issue is with our theme or not? And let me know the result.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Hello, @Estudio EntreDos,

    Your issue has been resolved, please check back to your site now after removing the browser cache, I have added the filters under Shop Sidebar and it worked and if there is no widget and the sidebar is there, then it will show the default category filter only.

    Hello, @Hemant,

    Alright, Thanks for the detailed explanation I have understood your issue.

    The thing is that, the image you set from Elementor: https://postimg.cc/RJxk2gpV and as you can see here: https://postimg.cc/v1dSY4L3 the 404 error appears on the images it means the site doesn’t find the images that’s why it does not appear on the front-end. Usually, this kind of issue appears because of the server or the permalinks issue. So I went to permalinks and set the structure to the post name but after this, the site admin dashboard is no more accessible it is showing the 404 error too check this image: https://postimg.cc/SntNHp6S

    So now, in order to fix your issue please contact your service provider to fix the 404 error from the dashboard and for the images too.

    And also your site console has CORS policy issues as well and these are also caused by the server, so you have to check for these issues as well with your hosting provider.

    And it will surely solve your issue.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Hello, @hesham,

    It looks like you haven’t translated the theme, core plugin, and WooCommerce language files properly.

    For the translation, you have to use the Loco translate plugin and translate the theme and core plugin files on your site as per your requirements.

    Please read this article – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/ and create a translation for the XStore theme. Make sure that translation files are placed in /wp-content/languages/themes/ folder.

    About XStore Theme, XStore Core plugin translation, you need to Sync it – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/ , then find and translate new strings. Also, synchronize translation for the WooCommerce plugin.

    Hope this will solve your issue.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Hello, @TFS,

    I have checked the site link that you shared with us. The thumbnail images appear fine and when you choose an image from them it appears full as well as it appears in the thumbnail check the image: Under Private Content Area (1)

    Now, The thing is the product images are coming from the WooCommerce plugin our theme has nothing to do with it. By default, WooCommerce has an option to set the size of images. navigate to the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Product images there you will be able to set the size of the images as per your need check the image: Under Private Content Area (2)

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Please contact administrator

    Hello, @tareq,

    Please watch this complete video I have captured for you of your site: https://www.veed.io/view/5fac175c-8502-4af9-ba5a-ced294957045/showcase?sharingWidget=true

    You can see in the video, there is a Cloudflare cache enabled on your site from your server as well, so you have to contact your hosting provider and ask to first flush/remove all sorts of server cache including Cloudflare and then disable it till you are in the development process.

    And finally, you have to check it on your site after removing the browser cache, I am sure you will not face this issue anymore.

    Note: I have not reverted back the original colors on your site of the header, so please revert or change it back now as per your requirements.

    Hello, @Kstb1979,

    Unfortunately there is no such setting in our theme to make all the social share icons under one share icon, you have to try with any third party plugin which better meets your requirements at your own risk.

    But you can use our Custom Single Product Page Builder and use the Wishlist and Share widgets/elements on single product page anywhere as per your requirements.

    Hello, @TFS,

    No, it won’t. The size of the media library is not related to individual page load time… However, the number of assets from the media library you use in an individual post and the size of each asset will impact page speed.

    Page load times depend, among other things, on how many images you have on your page. Images which are in the library but not on the page should not affect the load time.

    Hello, @stefdj,

    1. Actually, this zone notification coming from the WooCommerce plugin, not our theme. You can switch it off from Dashboard >> WooCommerce >> Settings >> Shipping >> Shipping Option>> Debug mode>> and Uncheck enable debug mode. It will resolve your issue.

    You can read it here: https://woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-shipping-zones/
    more detail to Setting up Shipping Zone.

    OR

    You can use the below given CSS code as well to remove it from the checkout page, you have to put/insert the CSS code under XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS.

    .woocommerce-checkout .woocommerce-notices-wrapper {
        display: none !important;
    }
    .woocommerce-checkout .woocommerce-message {
        display: none !important;
    }

    2. That is not coming from our theme but from the third party plugin, we have to look into it on your site, so could you please share your site WP Admin URL and Credentials with me here, in the private content area of this topic, like below listed format, so that I’ll check it for you further on your site.

    WP Admin URL:
    WP Admin Username:

    3. Please go to Xstore >> Dashboard >> Sale Booster >> Cart/Checkout Pages and turn OFF “Enable Progress Bar on Cart page” from there, save changes and check back your site after removing the browser cache: https://postimg.cc/RNmC3qG0

    Hello, @babyhigh,

    Have you done any Customization in your Child Theme? If yes then please remove that Customization code and check back and if no then please delete the Child Theme and then create it again and check back.

    OR

    If you added those widgets/elements “Product Gallery and Tabs” with activated Parent Theme under Custom Product Builder then you have to check and add them again after activating the Child Theme, because the widgets messed up/removed sometimes when you switch the theme.

    Otherwise, please share your site WP Admin URL and Credentials with me here, in the private content area of this topic, like below listed format, so that I’ll check it for you further on your site.
