Images For Products Appearing On The Side Incorrect Size

Hello!

The product images (which appear after the main image) on the size are appearing in a unusual size.

I have put the extra images to be on the left side.

The main image is 1000×1000 px

Please let me know on how I can make the other images appearing on the size to be a better size showing the whole image.

Hello, @TFS,

I have checked the site link that you shared with us. The thumbnail images appear fine and when you choose an image from them it appears full as well as it appears in the thumbnail check the image: Under Private Content Area (1)

Now, The thing is the product images are coming from the WooCommerce plugin our theme has nothing to do with it. By default, WooCommerce has an option to set the size of images. navigate to the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Product images there you will be able to set the size of the images as per your need check the image: Under Private Content Area (2)

Thanks! I clicked on Thumbnail cropping and did it to 1:1

Can you please delete your comment which contains the websites images (http’s link) ?

Hello Tony,

The main image on the sidebar looks fine but the other images are still appearing a little off, the full image is not fitting.

Is there anything I can do so the full image fits on the sidebar section?

Hello, @TFS,

1. As you requested I have removed the site images from the topic reply and added them into the private content area of the topic.

2. I have checked your site and found that after the changes you made on the thumbnail cropping the images appear perfect. check this image: Under private content area (1).

The images appear full on the sidebar section. Please check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.
