J’ai une erreur avec pdf générator pour les factures voici :

Where you are facing this issue? Could you please share the screenshot and the URL of the page as well, and I also need your site WP Admin URL and Credentials and CPanel Login details in the private content area of this topic, so that I’ll check it for you further.

Quand j’accède au facture en pdf sa me dit erreur critique et je reçois le mail que je vous ai montrer .

Hello, @amandine,

Which plugin are you using for that PDF invoice? Could you please share the name and the plugin page URL?

And also could you please check it once by activating the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty Two, just to make sure that the issue is with our theme or not? And let me know the result.

Le problème et sur tout les thèmes mais on parle de votre module avec le code ci dessus qui pose problème

Hello,

If the problem is independent of the theme, you need to contact support of WordPress, because in this case, the theme support can’t help.
About errors in our theme files, provide URL of page where errors are visible + temporary wp-admin and FTP access, then our dev team will check them.
If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.
