    Please make sure that all 3rd party plugins are disabled before the import. Demo content can be imported incorrectly in case a lot of 3rd party plugins were activated on the site before the import. In this case, can you please share your site super WP-ADMIN Login URL and Credentials in the below-listed format in the private content area of this topic on which you are facing the issue so that we’ll check and assist you accordingly?

    It is recommended to run import on a fresh WordPress installation. For this you can use the WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch.

    Please do the reset and reply with temporary wp-admin and FTP access here. We will help you with the import.

    Position of this description can be selected via Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > Shop Page Banner Position.

    Sorry for the inconvenience but I have checked your site now and you are using the Child theme. can you please check it once by activating the parent theme and let us know the result?

    Also, Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

    And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me login access to your site in the below-listed format in the private content area of this topic and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    1- In order to set the size to navigate to the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product Builder from there set the size of the sidebar column as per your need. check the image: https://postimg.cc/ns6TwxxZ

    2- You can only enable/disable this sticky bar from the theme options nothing else. You cannot change/edit it except for customization. If you want paid Customization services submit a customization request to WPKraken team.

    3- It’s just a sidebar it will show the content of the widget you added in the sidebar from the Appearance >> Widgets see image: https://postimg.cc/bsNMnzNF you have to set the content by adding the widgets in this sidebar as per your need changes will appear on the frontend. If you want to show the name “Brand” add a widget in the sidebar and set the content like heading/paragraph in it like this: https://postimg.cc/GBJJzyXP

    4- When I click on the wishlist it added the product to the wishlist it works fine check the image: https://postimg.cc/5YKzkqLz to change the text and show the icon simply go to the Dashboard >> YITH >> Wishlist >> Add to Wishlist Options from there set the settings as per you need check images: https://postimg.cc/62P7h6xL and https://postimg.cc/Y4njp20K

    5- Actually, the theme doesn’t have any option like this review handled by the WooCommerce itself and I check and confirm the settings of this plugin as well there is nothing like this to control the reviews manually.

    To edit the image simply go to the Dashboard >> Appearance >> Widgets >> Cart area, there you will see the image, you can set it to change/remove it as per your need, and changes will appear on the cart page: https://postimg.cc/7f9WyDrj

    1- In the Theme options >> WooCommerce >> Cart >> Cross-sell-products you can set the layout of the products “You may be interested” see image: https://postimg.cc/kDmCJnL5 further if you want to show the specific products you then you have to add the products you want, while you editing a product. In the Product option tab you will see the option check image: https://postimg.cc/QH7cpJ0m as you can see, I added 4 products I want to show, and here is the resulting image: https://postimg.cc/hJ2mSytD

    2- It is coming from the block simply navigate to the Dashboard >> Static Blocks >> There you will see the block called “PreFooter grocery-market” check the image: https://postimg.cc/Js1tGNgG simply edit it as per your need, changes will appear on the frontend.

    3- In order to solve your issue simply go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global and paste the below code at the bottom of the CSS box there. Check the image: https://postimg.cc/xkQr05F4

    I have checked your site now and the results are much better as you can see https://postimg.cc/8fJzgwj0 before the site loading time was 4+ seconds and now the site loading time is 1.4 seconds which is very well good enough for SEO and according to the Google policy.

    Furthermore, you can more speed up your site by reducing the extra content and media from your site.

    To get more points you need to have a really light page. For example remove all sliders, and carousels and leave a few banners and products only. Then you will get a high result. But usually, our theme works very fast and doesn’t have any problems with performance.

    The traffic depends on a lot of different factors and not our theme only. We suggest you read an article from the WP Rocket team – one of the most experienced companies in terms of WordPress optimization.

    I don’t know why it happens on your site because your site is working fine for us there is no issue as I already showed you in my previous response.

    You said, “Is there a reason changing from lazy to default solved this problem?”
    (Quite Possible because the Lazy loading in WordPress helps the web page load faster. It loads the images and other media elements only when the user reaches that section.)

    You said “Would changing this setting to default have any other effects or negative effects on our website?”
    No, this option will not make any negative effects on the site no need to worry about it.

    Note: Once a thing is working fine for me and showing no issue/error how can I help you with it? You are facing the issue with other regions. It is possible that your server has set the restrictions for those regions. Did you ask your service provider about this issue?

    If turning OFF the Lazy Load resolved your issue, then please keep it disabled.

    About the sticky add-to-cart section, unfortunately, please note that there is no separate option to create the mobile version layout for the single product page, The mobile version automatically adapts the style/design of the desktop version based on responsiveness.

    Could you please check it once with activating the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty Two, just to make it sure that the issue is with our theme or not? This issue is independent from our theme, the issue seems to be with your code, so please check the code again with your developer.

    And if the issue will not persist with the default WordPress Theme then please take the complete backup of your site and share your site WP Admin URL and Credentials and also the FTP Logins in the private content area of this topic, so that I will check it for you on your site and help you out.

    I have just tested the same thing on my test site and it is working perfectly fine for me, I can see you are using the Child Theme on your site, so if you added the Customization code in the Child Theme then please try to remove it and check back or try to activate the Parent Theme and check back.

    I am sorry for the inconvenience but as I wrote above that I was not able to Login to your site, so it’s not me and there is no such bug in our theme as well.

    Now, again I did not log in to your site and only checked your site on a very fresh browser and the header and footer are appearing fine, and also the product images are appearing fine too, here is the complete screenshot: https://postimg.cc/mPhBv5Xm so it must be the cache issue at your end nothing else. Please try to clear the cache or try it on a fresh new browser, I am sure you will not face this issue anymore.

    And unfortunately, there are no other elements for rating/reviews to show on the site page, you have to try with any third-party plugin which better meets your requirements.

    About “Reduce initial server response time”, contact your hosting provider, because it is server-side.

    Edit your page and Product elements and enable Lazy loading for the Product elements. It should reduce the DOM structure. Also, you may try to reduce the DOM results on the page by reducing the number of sections of the page/elements in the footer or header.

    The shop page on the store is the only page where all of your site products show, and you can not only download the shop page on your site but you can download it with the demo import on your site.

    OR

    Simply you have to go to WP-Dashboard >> Pages and create the new page as Shop, then go to WP-Dashboard >> WooCommerce >> Settings >> Products >> General and set that page as Shop page from there: https://postimg.cc/G8VvLdMp it will set your shop page on your site.

    Now in order to set the setting on the shop page you can use the options under XStore >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce as per your requirements.

    No need for the CSS to remove that border but in order to solve your issue please go to Dashboard >> Theme Settings >> Woocommerce (Shop) >> Single Product Builder >> Gallery >> and there you can choose Border Style (None). See the image for a reference: https://postimg.cc/xJXYCmhz
