Xstore core can not activate, i can not use the theme i bought oct 22.

Hi
I bought the x-sotre theme on October 22nd, 2022, but it doesn’t work well.
in the webpage said The following required plugin is currently inactive: X Store Core then I activate xstore core plug and show the below message.

and I also can not import the demo.
Show below picture.
I need your kindly support to resolve the problem. Thanks

Sorry for the inconvenience but I am not able to see your provided screenshots.

Please make sure that all 3rd party plugins are disabled before the import. Demo content can be imported incorrectly in case a lot of 3rd party plugins were activated on the site before the import. In this case, can you please share your site WP-ADMIN Login URL and Credentials in the below-listed format in the private content area of this topic on which you are facing the issue so that we’ll check and assist you accordingly?

Also, let us know which demo you want to import and with which page builder (wp bakery, Elementor) so that we will help you out.

It is recommended to run import on a fresh WordPress installation. For this you can use the WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch.

Please do the reset and reply with temporary wp-admin and FTP access here. We will help you with the import.

Thanks for your support.

It is my first time using WordPress and I have not installed any 3rd party plugins. And I have added my wp-admin URL, username, and password in private content pls check it.

The name of the theme is Niche market 02 and uses Elementor.

I download the WP reset plugin and install it, but the webpage shows me that I do not have the access to use WP reset.

FTP access is my hosting access?
