Mobile category images and number of product

Hi,
i have two global question
01 – can we activate size guide only for certains product ?
02 – Where i change the comprtement to add cart (i want ajax pop up not redirect) ?
for mobile version i have three questions
01 – In category page and shop page can we see more than one image product scrolling in right ?
02 – How add number of product of each category ?
03 – Can we add round circle color if color variation exist ?

Hello,

1/ Yes, edit a product > [8theme] Product Options > Single layout > Size guide image
2/ WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Redirect to the cart page after successful addition > Off. Then select “Product Added Notification Type” in Theme options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page Layout

1 – Could you provide URL of your Shop page?
2 – Where exactly do you want to add it?

02 – works but i’ll to have pop up with continue shopping or add cart, i think i see that in one of your demo.

For mobile
01 – i send information in private area content

Hi,
For 02 – Go to Theme options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page Layout > try different “Product Added Notification Types”
Unfortunately i have issue with infinite load. I have a topic open here https://www.8theme.com/topic/topic-again-infinite-loading-in-some-part-of-theme-option/#post-337077.
Clear cache and desactive doesn’t operate.
So please, could you fix this issue in order to use all theme possibility ?

For 01 – for now, i’ll pass for this functionnality 🙂 thanks

Hi,
Thanks for the tips,

But how can don’t display size guide for products which i don’t choose ?

For now, my iage size guide appears on product i did your process but for product i didn’t do that there is alwayz a size guide link (with general image).

Because some of my product are not compatible with size guide.

Hi,
For example i have clothes category so it’s fine i need size guide, but in my plants category i don’t need size guide and it’s not logical at all. So i don’t want to have size guide link but it appears at all product.

I hope, i am more clear.

Hello, @DCD,

Sorry for the inconvenience but in order to solve your issue First go to XStore >> Theme Settings >> Woocommerce (Shop) >> Single Product Builder >> and Delete the Sizing guide element from the section. See the Screenshot for better reference: https://postimg.cc/LqVbQGwk

After that You can activate the size guide only for certain products from Dashboard >> Products >> edit a product > [8theme] Product Options > Single layout > Size guide image. See Screen Shot for better reference: https://postimg.cc/18h5cNpx

Hello, @DCD,

Sorry for the inconvenience but First of all, I can see you are using the old version of the theme 8.3.5 and the very latest version of the theme is 8.3.6, so please update your theme and the core plugin to the very latest version and check back.

You can check the theme changelog here: https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/

How to update the Theme: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update

After that activate the parent theme and check back.

And If after that the issue will still persists then Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

And if the issue will still persist then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

Note: Please take the complete backup of your site first.
