XStore Core plugin is not installed and pages are not installed

Hi! I can’t install the XStore Core plugin
v.4.3.5
I bought it 24.10.22, everything was fine until then . Installing the theme plugin is not installed and the pages are not created. Please help me, how can I solve this problem?

Please make sure that all 3rd party plugins are disabled before the import. Demo content can be imported incorrectly in case a lot of 3rd party plugins were activated on the site before the import. In this case, can you please share your site super WP-ADMIN Login URL and Credentials in the below-listed format in the private content area of this topic on which you are facing the issue so that we’ll check and assist you accordingly?

Also, let us know which demo you want to import and with which page builder (wp bakery, Elementor) so that we will help you out.

It is recommended to run import on a fresh WordPress installation. For this you can use the WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch.

Please do the reset and reply with temporary wp-admin and FTP access here. We will help you with the import.

About the plugins. When I created the new site . I didn’t download any plugins and immediately installed them on a completely empty site.
Regarding the inappropriate settings. At first I had 2 items that didn’t fit. But then I fixed it in my hosting

Thanks for the reply.
When we go to Dashboard > Plugins > find WooCommerce and try to install it, there is error – https://prnt.sc/8y0CSaUKlTCJ We’ve tried to activate a default theme (not XStore) and install the WooCommerce plugin, the same error appears, it means the situation is independent of our theme. You need to contact hosting provider and ask to solve the problem with plugins installation. Once it will be solved, we will be able to help you with the demo content installation.

Yes, thank you very much. The hosting problem has already been solved. And installed plugins like WooCommerce. But I do not understand why the plugin XStore Core are installed, but not activated.
