    Hello @Kestutis,

We have not encountered this issue with our theme, so it appears to be an issue specific to your site. Could you please check it by activating the default WordPress Theme, such as Twenty Twenty-Three, to confirm that the issue is with our theme? If the issue persists with the default WordPress Theme, then it is not related to our theme and we suggest that you contact WooCommerce support again. Once they have fixed the issue with the default WordPress Theme, it should also be resolved with our theme.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello @minimal,

We regret to inform you that our theme does not have any influence on the thank you/confirmation pages that are provided by WooCommerce. These pages are archive pages and there is no direct option to edit them using WooCommerce.

Therefore, this would require extra customization or you can try a third-party plugin that better meets your requirements, but this is done at your own risk.

    We appreciate your understanding.

    Hello @mohamed emad,

We recommend that you navigate to Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources, and set them to Off. After clearing the mobile browser cache, please check your site again.

Alternatively, we suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further:

    Hello Oliver Theiß,

We have reviewed your website and found that the translation is correctly displayed in the Customizer mode, but not on the page front. Additionally, we can see that CDN is activated on your site. We suggest that you try disabling the CDN caching and check again.

If the changes are visible in the Customizer but not on the page front, it is likely a cache issue. If it is working correctly in the Customizer, it should also be working on the front end.

For your reference, please see the images provided here: https://postimg.cc/Js0wqmgg and https://postimg.cc/N2DV6PxB.

    We hope this helps.

    Hello @microw007,

These are the designs of our theme Shop pages and Single product pages to demonstrate. These cannot be imported with the demo import, which is why it is giving you a 404 page.

Therefore, you will need to modify the Menu items or links in the dropdown from Appearance >> Menu according to your needs.

    Hello @GNC,

If you would like to display a list of brands on a specific page using the Elementor page builder, we suggest the following solution.

First, go to Appearance >> Widgets and create a new sidebar. Then, use the 8theme – brand list widget in it and configure it according to your needs. Please refer to the screenshot provided: https://postimg.cc/G8yBZFy0

Next, go to the page and use the sidebar elementor element on it and select the sidebar you just created. This should work for you. Please refer to the screenshot provided: https://postimg.cc/vgFfhYPt

    Hello @ash,

This is the default color behavior of the “Add to Cart” button on the single product page. If the product is a simple product, the button color will be sharp. If the product is a variable product, the button color will be slightly dim, as an indication for the customer to choose the variations first. Once the variation is chosen, the button color will become sharp. Please refer to the following screenshots for reference:

    Hello PR,

Unfortunately, the default WooCommerce option does not provide the ability to add more sorting options to the shop page. It is possible to do so through additional customization, such as the one found at https://rudrastyh.com/woocommerce/sorting-options.html. If you require something more advanced, you may need to look for an additional plugin at your own risk or contact WooCommerce support for assistance.
