    Hello PR,

To edit the login/sign-up page, please navigate to Dashboard > Pages > All pages and edit the my-account page with Elementor as per your requirements. For reference, please see the images provided at the following links: https://postimg.cc/XZm0XfwF and https://postimg.cc/dD8p2P2L.

    Best regards,

    Hello PR,

Thank you for your inquiry. Our theme does not have any influence on the account page, as it is provided by WooCommerce.

For more information on customizing the My Account page, please refer to the WooCommerce documentation at https://woocommerce.com/document/customize-my-account-for-woocommerce/.

If you wish to customize the login or registration form, you may do so at your own risk using a third-party plugin.

We hope this information is helpful.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team.

    Hello Tony!

Sorry i might have confused you on this.

I meant the page of my account the front setting where someone would enter their information (please see the website example) on the PCA

We would just like to add something like the benefits of creating an account etc.

    Thanks!

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello @PR,

Thank you for your clear explanation. You can set the content on my account page as the privacy policy from WooCommerce >> Settings >> Accounts & Privacy and set/change the “Registration privacy policy” as per your requirements. Please refer to the screenshots provided at the following links: https://postimg.cc/xXPHHkDt & https://postimg.cc/hf2QPk95

The Loginisation/Registration functionality comes from the WooCommerce plugin, so please read this article – https://woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/#accounts-and-privacy-settings and contact the support team of the plugin for further assistance.

    Best Regards,

    Hello Tony,

    Thanks

How can we edit the page “my account”

When we are logged in as administrators, once we click that – we don’t have an option to see the front section of that page as it would appear for customers.
It only shows the interior of the my account page (since we are logged in etc.)

    Thanks for your help!

    Hello, PR,

Here is the account page of one of our demos where I am the administrator – https://prnt.sc/AV-CgmBwmwPv

By default, this page contains only woocommerce shortcode – https://prnt.sc/0wgCRoFWB-4w and you can find available settings you can find in WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy > https://prnt.sc/s_3tm1Siwv6J .
Try to select “Account page type” to “Default” and check the result.

If you want to customize the My Account page further, contact the support of WooCommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
Please note that additional customization in files is outside the scope of our basic support.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
