Nich 04 – Mobile User – How, Where setting to “Disable” using 2 fingers to enlarge mobile view

Hi,

Good day to you.

Previously, I am Unable to enlarge the mobile screen in Market Nich 04 using my thumb and finger in Market Nich 04. (I like this mode)

But somehow now I am able to enlarge the mobile screen of Market Nich 04 using 2 fingers which I would like to “Disable” it.

May I know how or where is the setting for this in XStore Dashboard to “disable” using 2 fingers enlarge fucntion for mobile users?

Please and kindly guide me.

Hello Steven Tay,

In order to resolve your issue, please navigate to XStore > Theme Options > General/Layout > Mobile User-Scalable and turn OFF the setting, then save.

Hi Tony,

Good day to you and many thanks for your reply guidance.

I have navigated to XStore > Theme Options > General/Layout > Mobile User-Scalable and apparently it is already turn OFF in the setting but it is still scalable using Mobile.

I have tried both ways many time to turned On then Saved and turned Off then Saved, both modes does Not work and it is still scalable even when Off.
