I am finishing designing my website and when testing the payment methods, the checkout site does not work, it loads the buyer’s data, the delivery address and when the time of payment arrives it does not allow me to load neither card data nor bank transfer… I searched the forums for a solution and they all refer to a checkout tab (which should now be in the payment sector) that is not anywhere (neither in woocommerce settings nor in payment settings). I have the latest version of wordpress installed and all updates are up to date.
I disabled the plugins and the error persists.

Try to disable Advanced Layout for Cart/Checkout layout via Theme Options.
If this doesn’t help, record a video for a better understanding of the problem.
After that provide URL and temporary wp-admin access via the Private Content area, so we can take a closer look.
The problem that I present is when making the payment of a purchase, I cannot advance with the payment method, the button completes the purchase does not do any action. attached the requested information
Please do the next tests:
1/ Update the theme and Core plugin and check then.
2/ Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme (default WooCommerce theme). Do you have the mentioned issue when the Storefront theme is activated?
Widgets could be messed up after switching, so open the Appearance > Widgets tab before switching to be able to move the widgets to the correct area after switching back.
It is important to check if the problem persists with the default theme to find out if it comes from the theme or from something else.
3/ Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, then check. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

We tried everything step by step you proposed.
Installing storefront we get a positive result, but despite updating the xstore theme, and deactivating any third party plugin that is not in the list of xstore compatible plugins, unfortuentely there is no progress with the xstore theme. Please let us know if we can try anything different.
We left you a temporary access in the last mail, it would be great if you could have a look on it.

I’ve passed this problem to our dev team. We need temporary FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port). If you do not know how to create FTP, your hosting provider should be able to assist you.
