I upgraded to xStore v9.04 and am using the Header Builder with a customzied version of #6 Header.

In right top Connection Block I use widget 2 and have a top menu that shows just “My Account”. This is set correctly in the widget and I’ve verified that it only has the one item but for some reason, it’s showing doubles of what is in the Main Menu.

In the same Header Builder, bottom row, I have a Connection Block with Main Menu but this too is showing items that aren’t even in the menu. Also verified the menu.

I’ve uploaded the site to a test server so that you can view and login to let me know how to fix this.

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello, LisaA,

We are having difficulty logging into your staging site.

It appears to be displaying a website that is different from your live one.

    Please investigate this issue.

We are waiting for your reply.

    Kind Regards,

Since the upgrade, it seems that the problem is with the menus. They do not display correctly in the header or in any of the widget sidebars. Even if I create a new menu menu with one item, it shows several items.

    Hello,

We have noticed that your server does not meet the minimum system requirements of the theme, specifically the PHP version must be no lower than 7.4 and no higher than 8.0. We cannot guarantee the correct functioning of the theme if the server does not comply with the minimum system requirements.

Please contact your hosting provider to fix this, and if the problem persists, please let us know.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

I’ll upgrade PHP but the issue was with a plugin. It is now fixed.
