    Hello, @Victoryunderwear,

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issues you’ve encountered with email delivery and the associated template problems

1/ Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

2/. Please check how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront.

It is important to check if the problem persists with the default theme to find out if it comes from the theme or something else.

Go to Appearance > Themes > Install and activate the Storefront theme. Then test and let us know the result.

Widgets could be messed up after switching, so open the Appearance > Widgets tab before switching to be able to move the widgets to the correct area after switching back and also before proceeding please take the complete backup of your site as well.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Hello, @KSwan,

    1) We trust this message finds you well. Thank you for bringing to our attention the concerns you’ve encountered with the AJAX search functionality on your website’s header. We appreciate your patience and are committed to addressing these issues promptly.

To ensure the “SHOW ALL” button is displayed in the full extent of the search results dropdown and to adjust the typography of the results, kindly follow these steps:

    A)Adjusting the Displayed Results:
Navigate to Content >> Ajax search results in your XStore settings. Here, you can find the option to set the post count for the view. By adjusting this value, you can control the number of posts, pages, or products displayed in the search results. Ensure that the count is set to your preferred limit to trigger the appearance of the “SHOW ALL” button.

B)Styling the “View All Results” Button:
For customization of the “View All Results” button, please follow these steps:

a)Go to the Style section in your XStore settings.
b)Under the Results dropdown, locate the settings for the “View All Results Button.”
c)In this section, you can adjust the color and sizes to match your desired styling preferences.

These adjustments should enhance the visibility of the “SHOW ALL” button and allow you to modify the typography of the search results to meet your specifications.

C)If you want to increase the width of the search bar.so, select the columns and increase the width of the column.

    2) We appreciate your detailed description of the problem and understand the importance of having the menu open off-canvas or in a larger dropdown format.

To address this concern, we recommend the following steps:

a)Navigate to Elementor AJAX Search settings.
b)Under the “General” section, locate the “Ajax Search” option.
c)Toggle the Ajax Search option to “OFF.”

Disabling the Ajax Search functionality will allow the menu to display in a more traditional manner, with all results for the keywords being shown on another page.

    Hello, @KSwan,

We would like to take this opportunity to provide you with an explanation.

Two different product attributes are available in WooCommerce, local and global product attributes. In WooCommerce both options are called attributes, but there is a difference in the functionality of these attributes.

Global attributes: These are the properties that you will find in the WP-Admin under Product > Attributes. All attributes created here are at on a global website level and can be used with all products.

Local attributes: These attributes are created when you create or edit a product. You cannot use these attributes to filter and they are only visible on the product page itself.

You can use only global attributes for our variation swatches – https://youtu.be/LgzC4iK-j6A

    This is how it works.

    Hello, @ryan@rrwebdesign.co.uk,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

If the changes you make in the Customizer are not reflected on the page, it is likely a caching issue. If the changes are visible in the Customizer, they should also be visible on the front end. as shown in the screenshot: https://imgur.com/YbOYlw2 and https://imgur.com/aLK5bE7

We recommend that you contact your hosting provider to flush the server cache and disable the CDN while you are in the development process, and then check again.

    We hope this helps.

    Hello, @adipure,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

1/ To the challenges faced during demo content import, we acknowledge the significance of a seamless setup process and apologize for any inconvenience caused. To address the errors encountered—media not installed, options not installed, menu not installed, default_woocommerce_pages not installed, and version_info not installed—please adhere to the following steps:

Confirm that your server aligns with the minimum requirements for our theme, including PHP version compatibility.

1-XStore Theme Requirements: set PHP version 8.0 https://imgbb.com/tpL7tV9

    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/

2-Refer to our theme documentation about the Demo Content: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/demo-content/

After that if the issue still persist, Please record a video of the problem for a better understanding. Upload it on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.

Furthermore, we would appreciate it if you could create temporary wp-admin access and share the details via the private content area. This will allow us to review your settings and better understand the issue at hand.

We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

2/ We apologize for the inconvenience you’ve encountered. It appears that something has gone awry. We kindly ask that you first disable 3rd party plugins (including Kirki Customizer Framework plugin) on the site. After that again activate the XStore Core plugin on your site.

In case if automatic plugin installation fails (as a rule it is because of your server settings), you can install them manually via your Dashboard: Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin > Browse plugins archives. Or via FTP, by uploading and extracting the plugin zip files into wp-content/plugins folder.

You can find the zip files for plugins installation here – https://www.8theme.com/downloads/

    Hello, @musi,

We have identified a solution to the issue you are experiencing with the mobile version of your website. To rectify the problem, we kindly ask that you deactivate the XStore AMP plugin. This can be done by navigating to your WordPress dashboard, selecting ‘Plugins’, and then ‘Installed Plugins’.

You’re using the Xstore theme, which offers both a built-in builder (XStore builders) and static blocks for creating various elements on your site. Let’s break down the differences between these two approaches:

    XStore Builders:

These are likely integrated page builders specific to the Xstore theme.

XStore builders often provide a more comprehensive page-building experience, allowing you to create entire pages, including headers, footers, Product archive, Single product page, and various content sections.

They may offer a range of pre-built templates and elements that you can use to customize your pages quickly.

This method is suitable for creating complete pages and layouts for your website.

    Static Blocks:

Static blocks are smaller reusable content blocks that you can insert into different parts of your site, such as sidebars, footers, or individual pages.

They are usually smaller components or sections rather than entire pages.

Static blocks are handy for creating specific elements that you want to use across multiple pages, like a promotional banner, a subscription form, or a testimonial section.

    Which to Use:

Use XStore Builders when you want to create entire pages, including headers, footers, and various content sections. This is ideal for designing the overall layout and structure of your website.

Use Static Blocks when you have specific content or elements that you want to reuse across different parts of your site. For example, if you have a promotional banner or a newsletter sign-up form that you want to display consistently, you can create a static block for it.

In summary, the XStore builders are more suitable for designing complete pages, while static blocks are useful for managing reusable content elements. Depending on your needs, you might find yourself using both approaches to create a cohesive and well-designed website.

If you have specific questions about using either method within the Xstore theme, it’s recommended to refer to the theme’s documentation or our support team resources for more detailed guidance.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team.

    Hello, @Hanzla Nadeem,

Thank you for reaching out and providing detailed information about the challenges you’ve encountered. We appreciate your efforts in following our instructions.

Upon further investigation, it appears that the issue is not related to any custom CSS conflicting with the code. Instead, it seems to be associated with the Child theme. To confirm this, we temporarily activated the parent theme and made adjustments to the mobile menu background color. The changes were applied successfully, indicating that the parent theme is functioning as expected.

Please refer to the attached visual reference in the provided image link: https://imgur.com/a/wdtlPmE -This demonstrates the correct behavior when using the parent theme.

As our responsibility extends only to the parent theme, we recommend reaching out to your website developer to manage the Child theme. They will be better equipped to identify and address any specific custom code that may be causing conflicts or overwriting settings.

If you have any further questions or need additional assistance with the parent theme, please feel free to let us know. We are here to help within the scope of our support.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
