Demo Import failed, after theme installation.

    Hello,

    I have recently purchased theme and tried to import demo but it says like this
    Coffee Demo Installed! However, We’ve Encountered Some Errors:pages not installed πŸ™

    widgets not installed πŸ™

    home_page not installed πŸ™

    posts not installed πŸ™

    products not installed πŸ™

    static-blocks not installed πŸ™

    contact-forms not installed πŸ™

    mailchimp not installed πŸ™

    media not installed πŸ™

    options not installed πŸ™

    menu not installed πŸ™

    slider not installed πŸ™

    et_multiple_headers not installed πŸ™

    et_multiple_conditions not installed πŸ™

    default_woocommerce_pages not installed πŸ™

    version_info not installed πŸ™

    init_builders not installed πŸ™

    And it says that “The most common errors occur due to low server requirements. We strongly recommend that you contact your hosting provider to verify and adjust the necessary server settings.”
    but i checked the system requirement and all requirement was okay..
    Please help me with demo installation.

    Also, I can not install Xstore core plugin too, Please help

    1/ To the challenges faced during demo content import, we acknowledge the significance of a seamless setup process and apologize for any inconvenience caused. To address the errors encounteredβ€”media not installed, options not installed, menu not installed, default_woocommerce_pages not installed, and version_info not installedβ€”please adhere to the following steps:

    Confirm that your server aligns with the minimum requirements for our theme, including PHP version compatibility.

    After that if the issue still persist, Please record a video of the problem for a better understanding. Upload it on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.

    Furthermore, we would appreciate it if you could create temporary wp-admin access and share the details via the private content area. This will allow us to review your settings and better understand the issue at hand.

    We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    2/ We apologize for the inconvenience you’ve encountered. It appears that something has gone awry. We kindly ask that you first disable 3rd party plugins (including Kirki Customizer Framework plugin) on the site. After that again activate the XStore Core plugin on your site.

    In case if automatic plugin installation fails (as a rule it is because of your server settings), you can install them manually via your Dashboard: Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin > Browse plugins archives. Or via FTP, by uploading and extracting the plugin zip files into wp-content/plugins folder.

    I would like to backup my website and reinstall the theme again.
    So Should i deactivate the my purchase code before i proceed?

    We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    I have been disabled all third party plug in and still having a same issue with importing demo.
    please let me know how to give permission to debug my site.

    I have been tried to install XStore Core Plugin but im encountered error and it says that “Plugin installation failed, destination folder already exists” and “Installation has been completed” after. I think my installation method was not correct or something happens during the installation.
    please let me know how to solve this or is there anyway to reinstall the theme all over again?

    Hello,

    After upload plugin through FTP, it solved problem.

    But i wish the installation could be easier than this.(download FTP program and manual update by myself, etc….)
