    Hello, @lew-shop,

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the XStore Sale count issue on your product. We understand the importance of resolving this matter promptly, and we’re here to assist you.

To address the problem, we recommend following these steps:

    a) Disable Third-Party Plugins:
Please disable all third-party plugins, including cache plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins . You can find a list of included plugins here. After deactivating these plugins, clear your browser cache.

    b) Check Sale Countdown:
Once you’ve disabled the additional plugins and cleared the browser cache, check the Sale count on your product again. It’s possible that one of the third-party plugins may be conflicting with the functionality.

    c)Further Investigation:
If the issue persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site. Grant us permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site customization. This will enable us to investigate the problem thoroughly and provide you with a tailored solution.

    d)Backup Your Site:
Before proceeding with any changes, we strongly recommend taking a complete backup of your site. This precaution ensures that your data is secure in case any unforeseen issues arise during the troubleshooting process.

We appreciate your cooperation in resolving this matter. If you encounter any difficulties or have additional information, feel free to share them with us. We’re dedicated to ensuring your XStore experience is seamless.

    Best Regards,
    The 8Theme Team
