    Our Catalog mode works for all products on the site, it can’t be applied for particular categories only.
    It seems is not suit your needs, unfortunately.
    Please contact support of the WooCommerce plugin, as was mentioned.

    1/ In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

    2/ Please try to test how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront activated on your site.

    1/ The next custom CSS code can be used:

    .order-tracking input::placeholder {
        color: #222;
        opacity: 1;
    }

    2/ It helped to solve the conflict on the mobile view.

    Additionally, we suggest that please try to enable the following options in the WP Rocket plugin: Settings -> File Optimization -> Minify CSS files and Settings -> File Optimization -> Minify JavaScript files (details in the screenshot https://prnt.sc/rKPs6o5eVBth).

    Unfortunately, there is no other solution.
    The scroll for All departments menu can be added using custom CSS code, but in this case, you should not use sub-items, for example:

    .et_b_header-menu .secondary-menu-wrapper #menu-all-brands {
        height: 400px !important;
        overflow-y: scroll !important;
    }

    Please contact your hosting provider and ask them if they block outgoing/ingoing connections to our server 136.243.62.54

    What PHP version do you use?

    Another potential cause of errors may be the use of third-party plugins that are based on Kirki.

    Do you have white/black list on your server or restriction by IP?

    It can be an issue with server settings that are blocking something and causing notifications, so please contact your hosting provider too.

    2/ We suggest that you turn off the Mobile Content Optimization option (Theme Options > General) if you are using a cache plugin for mobile devices, as both optimization options can conflict with each other.

    We would recommend you contact the support of your cache plugin (Breeze) and ask for help about how to exclude
    etheme_cookies
    from caching.
    Sorry, we did not work with this plugin before, so can’t guide you, but the authors of the cache plugin should be able to assist you with Reject Cookies.

    To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
