Hello

I’m having an issue with GDPR & Cookies pop-up, it appears on each page even after you accept it, and it keeps on popping up on each page and annoys visitors.

I used this option mentioned and available in XSTORE Customization, what about this currently I have disabled but I hope you got the point form where I used this GDPR & Cookies pop-up

It is in the settings of cache plugin, if you are using the cache plugin.

We are using Breeze by Cloudways and Cloudways servers for hosting and we can’t see this similar option Performance > Page Cache > Advanced > Reject Cookies filed

Could you provide temporary wp-admin access?
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

We would recommend you contact the support of your cache plugin (Breeze) and ask for help about how to exclude
etheme_cookies
from caching.
Sorry, we did not work with this plugin before, so can’t guide you, but the authors of the cache plugin should be able to assist you with Reject Cookies.
