Unfortunately, without FTP access we cannot make the modification to the child theme for you. If you wish to do it yourself, you will need to use the following filter:
product_meta_custom_content_filter
If mm_product_upc is the meta field of the product (which we are not aware of and can only find out after getting FTP access), you will need to add the following code to the file wp-content\themes\xstore-child\functions.php:

We cannot guarantee the functionality of this code as we are unaware of whether mm_product_upc is a product meta field.

“I don’t understand how you can give translation files if it’s known that translations are so bad. Never saw something like this.” – pre-created language files have been contributed by our users that’s why the amount of translated strings might vary and translation is not perfect. We did not get complaints early about the quality, maybe because customers upload files by themselves and they know that the theme doesn’t come with official translations for all languages.

Could you please, check now? We commented few most “critical“ css that could make such an issue.
Also, you can check if you have such a problem on our demo, in case there is everything ok then it is a local issue caused by your CSS customizations or some other settings made on the website.

We didn’t face such an issue during our tests. Maybe it is caused by your modifications in wp-config file on the same day you installed the new version of the plugin (check Private Content) ?
Also, we wanted to rename xstore-amp folder and install the one that was officially released before to check if you had such issues with the previous version of the plugin but it is not possible to do because of the permissions:
/wp-content/plugins/xstore-amp /wp-content/plugins/xstore-amp-new: permission denied
Could you please, try to check if the errors are coming with the previous version of XStore AMP plugin ? or provide us correct access so we could check it with our “own hands”.
