Website isn’t work well in Chrome on iOS

Check my website mentioned in private content on an iPhone with Chrome browser. The qty ‘plus’ and ‘min’ buttons aren’t working well. it accidentally open the product. sometimes it selects the qty field and opens up the keypad but even I type the quantity. it doesn’t change the qty itself : (

2 videos have been sent via wetransfer. check the private content. home page qty changing buttons aren’t responsive for taps. not just qty buttons. all the taps I guess. the issue exists only in Chrome on iOS. safari works fine. On chrome single product page buttons works just fine. Only the home page is having the problem.

Hello Dee,

It may be caused by your custom CSS you wrote in Theme Options → Additional CSS → https://prnt.sc/BiQMqO7ve086
Could you please, check now? We commented few most “critical“ css that could make such an issue.
Also, you can check if you have such a problem on our demo, in case there is everything ok then it is a local issue caused by your CSS customizations or some other settings made on the website.

thank you for the reply. i don’t have a iOS device with me now. I’ll check for the issue on mine and also the demo of yours when I got the device. after, I’ll let you know : )

actually, I had to write those custom CSS, I’m using NP Quote Request WooCommerce. once it’s active, it makes the product grids’ add to cart button just like in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/axoLe8zwfXhg

any suggestion for home to remove the text without having any issues with the website functionality?

Hello Dee,

You can contact with plugin’s author to ask what filters/hooks they use and how to fix such incompatibilities. Because it means that they fully rewrite texts on buttons and that’s why such questions could be addressed to them.
