Our theme is no buggy. There is a problem on your site, but XStore is not a reason for it.
As we can see, the Dashboard is shown like this – https://prnt.sc/bCfMxENpSx9Y Clear cache of the browser and you will probably see the same.
You can rename xstore theme folder via ftp, it will disable it and a default theme will be activated on your site. Please check if all works fine with the default theme.

“It did not help” – do you mean the theme can’t be updated still? Just download XStore – Installable Archive from this page https://www.8theme.com/downloads , go to Appearance> Themes > Add New > Upload archive > Install > Replace with uploaded, and the theme will be updated.

We can’t log in to the site now. What is the URL of the page with the login form? /wp-admin/ redirects to *****pro.com/profile/ page, no login form there.
Please check one more time the private Content area in my previous response. There is js error – TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘country_code’) – we would recommend you to contact the plugin support about this error.

Elementor support will be more helpful in this case, because they better know the abilities of their own page builder plugin.

You will be able to deactivate, via https://www.8theme.com/account/ , one domain and then activate on another, but in case you will keep using XStore of both sites, you may face a block, after that, you will need to contact us with a purchase code to solve it then (we will check your activations manually). The content of websites will not be affected by this, because the block relates to purchase code only.

In the renamed option Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory > Out of stock visibility, we do not require the “Hide out of stock items from the catalog” feature.
