Card payment information missing on checkout page

    I am having issues with my payment getaway on the checkout page. As soon as I fill in my payment data, all card details field goes missing. I believe there is some kind of conflict with your theme. Can you check? I can send you testing cards.

    This window disappears even when the production mode for payment getaway is on.

    Woocommerce doesn’t give any logs about errors, so the only thing that comes to my mind is that there is some kind of a conflict between the theme and payment getaway, maybe some css or ajax issue.

    There is a test that can clarify it the mentioned behavior comes from our theme or from somewhere else:

    – Please check how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront activated on your site (go to Appearance > Themes > Install and activate the official WooCommerce theme Storefront for a few mins and check if your issue appears with our theme only or with the default WooCommerce theme too. Our XStore Core plugin can be disabled also to make this test more clear).

    If the situation is independent of the theme, try to disable all 3rd party plugins to find out if one of them causes the problem.

    We would recommend you contact WooCommerce plugin support first – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    In case, you get it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront, but it will not work still with our theme – let us know, and we will check the situation more deeply and fix it.

    Thank you for your response.

    I’ve tried with Storefront and the checkout works perfectly in any case. I’ve tried multiple times using multiple test cards and everything went smoothly.

    Hence, I think there is an issue with the XStore theme which causes my payment gateway to disappear.

    In my previous response, I sent you the temporary access and the test cards which can be used for testing purposes.

    I again activated the XStore theme just so you know, but I kept the Storefront, so you can activate it to double-check everything again.

    Just to notice you. I found the issue, it was the classic layout that was causing the problem for now. I choose a multistep checkout layout and it fixed the issue with payments.
