    Yes, the transparent header with the overlap effect from Header Builder will work independently of the page content created using the page editor.

    The Slider Revolution plugin was used on the demo.
    Every additional plugin slows down the site a bit, but if you decide to activate Slider Revolution, please download evolution-sliders-from-XStore-Demos from this page https://www.8theme.com/downloads , inside the archive you will find folders for our demos with sliders inside that can be imported on your site and modified according to your needs.

    By default mega menu is centered on the menu item that you hover over. There is no option to change it in our theme, unfortunately.

    Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

    Please provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access, we will check what can be done to help you.

    To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
    To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    1/ In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

    2/ If this is not the fault of a plugin, provide us with FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
    To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    1/ What do you mean? Please describe in more detail with problem and the desired result.

    2/ We are glad that you sorted it out.

    3/ We can’t log in. Please check the credentials.

    We suggest that you turn off the Mobile Content Optimization option (Theme Options > General) if you are using a cache plugin for mobile devices, as both optimization options can conflict with each other.

    Also, there is a scroll for tabs titles and this is not a bug.

    Please provide a screenshot of text that is cut off from mobile.

    There is no ready solution from our side, unfortunately. Please contact the plugin author, maybe they will fix the problem quickly.

    If you know that this problem was before, try to remember:
    1/ When it occurred
    2/ What caused it
    3/ What was the fix for it

    The Elementor plugin editor works fine when the Essential Addons for Elementor – Pro plugin is disabled, so one of these plugin support teams should be able to assist you.

    We always do our best to help our customers, but in this case, cooperation is needed from your side. You installed 3rd party plugin, so please do not ignore our recommendations and contact the plugin author, or do not use that plugin.

    1/ As we understood you right you meant ratings in Sidebar area → https://prnt.sc/mdz-JoASAeQE (and if it is so then It is displayed from another PWF – Products Filter for WooCommerce plugin but not ReviewX one). In case you mean another area, please provide us more information (screenshots, videos)

    2/ By checking the code of PWF – Products Filter for WooCommerce plugin we found that they output rating count html only in case there are at list one rating left for any product → https://prnt.sc/Rv8vIQzNdQS9 and option to show count should be active → https://prnt.sc/4lp9YGTPv7G4 (you had it inactive before)

    3/ We tried to check how it works with default WooCommerce theme – Storefront to separate the issue is depended/independed on our theme. But even after installing and activation Storefront theme the frontend is hard cached and didn’t change anything (like XStore theme was still active) = please, check it from your side or figure out why it is so hard cached.
