I’m experiencing compatibility issues between Elementor and XStore.

Hello! I would like to receive assistance because some sections of my website (brand carousel, categories carousel, color, fonts, etc.) are not functioning correctly. Additionally, when I change the size of the logo or adjust certain configurations, the changes do not take effect. It’s worth noting that when I deactivate Elementor Pro, the carousels work fine, but there are still issues with the header configurations. Please help me.

Hi there! Thanks so much for your support. I’m still encountering some issues though.

On the webpage (recipes), the quote block isn’t applying the CSS style or the previous text configurations. The logo still isn’t displaying at the correct width, and the breadcrumbs on the “inspiración” & “recetas” section are still not showing.

1/ “On the webpage (recipes), the quote block isn’t applying the CSS style or the previous text configurations.” – Please describe the problem in more detail, what exactly styles and configurations are not applied? Provide screenshots or a video of the problem.

2/ “The logo still isn’t displaying at the correct width” – what do you mean by correct width? As we can see, the logo is displayed according to the settings. Please check the Private Content area.

Hey there!

1.-In the recipes section, over on the left-hand side, just below the brand filter, there’s a comments block. When I activate Elementor Pro, it seems to mess up the formatting of this block. The settings that were previously in place no longer take effect, and instead, I’m seeing a sample of the selected block. You can take a look at it by following the link to my website that I provided earlier, or by logging in with the user details I gave you before.

2.-About the logo, I recently check it, everything is good, thank’s!

3.-I took a moment to review the image you sent me. However, even after configuring the breadcrumb, it’s not appearing on the page.
