Uncaught type error in google chrome console is showing

    Uncaught type error in google chrome console is showing when you click from category page (dekbedovertrekken) on any product page.

    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading ‘getAttribute’)
    at HTMLDocument. (gtm4wp-woocommerce-enhanced.js:735:48)

    Need quick assistance to solve this.

    1/ Please record a video of the problem.

    2/ Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

    3/ Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, we will check what can be done to help you.

    To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

    To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    Hello,
    Plugin GTM4wp is almost reaching to 1million installations. If the theme is not compatible with such a plugin, it only raises a question mark for xstore development theme. I am using this plugin for my 4 different sites with different themes but xstore is the only theme which is conflicting.
    If this issue cant be solved that i have no any other option left, to replace xstore theme. Sorry, but i cant let somebody to control my business to ruin anymore.

    Hello, Rana,

    Thank you for your response.

    Our developers will be able to check the situation more deeply and find a solution only in case you provide wp-admin access with an administrator role and temporary FTP access.
    In case we use the Appearance theme editor to add fix/code and any fatal error appears during the work we’ll be blocked and the site will be down. We need FTP. We would not ask for FTP if we could use the Appearance theme editor or File Manager, you need to understand that.
    We need FTP access to your wp-content folder at least.

    Hello, Rana,

    1/ Your admin access does not seem to have good access for us → You do not have permission to access this page. message is showing on yourwebsite.com/wp-admin page after trying to login.

    2/ According to the information plugin’s author described about ‘woocommerce_after_shop_loop_item’ hook they attach their code we could suggest you to enable Add to cart button in Theme Options → WooCommerce → Shop → Product design → https://prnt.sc/OBStQmvvNjoz . Then content of product will display Add to cart button via the hook ‘woocommerce_after_shop_loop_item’ your plugin requires.

    Such a situation was reached because we display product content elements (rating, add to cart, sku, etc.) according to the options customer enables in Theme Options. If those options are disabled then we don’t output such woocommerce hook in code. ( if you still don’t need to display add to cart button you can simply hide it with few lines CSS code then but fix the main issue you have now )

    In case you will not be able to make it from your side, please, provide us correct admin access + ftp access.

    Hello dear,
    Sorry for that. You can have an access now. I have marked and published → Shop → Product design →add to cart button. The issue is solved but a new issue started. When on my mobile device, i click on product filter on the category page Dekbedovertrekken, it automatically redirects to product page.

    Thankyou dear.
    1- By disabling pointer-events are not causing data tracking issues? Because many events on my website are tracked by click counts for the dynamic remarketing and data collection.

    2- When you select 2 attributes or more in productfilter than the products are decreasing in place of increasing. See screenshot https://prnt.sc/OCv8B7TGDNkr

    3- On shopping cart page is showing Incorrect use of See screenshot https://prnt.sc/REIx_0-VxMjX
    When you add product in shopping cart with plus sign than effected resources increases.

    3/ By clicking the violation node button you can find that it comes from WooCommerce shipping methods and it is not related to our theme → https://prnt.sc/QDFys3H-Z9ZB . You can check how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront.
