We recommend that you attempt to install the XStore theme and This can be achieved by using the WordPress Reset plugin, which can be accessed at https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/.

This plugin allows you to remove all existing content and install a new version from scratch.

You asked to install the theme and we did it for you.

Installation was failed when you tried because you used the wrong archive – https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821510-Theme-is-missing-the-style-css-stylesheet-error

We did not do the reset your site. If you did it by yourself, it doesn’t relate to our theme. We hope for your understanding.

About site restore, did you create a backup before reseting it? Contact your hosting provider and ask about backup, some hosting do regular backups.

Theme authors can’t restore files on your server or database information because it completely different thing.

Can I restore the previous site and then reinstall the new theme correctly? Does this save me from having to recreate the site?

Hi, after I upgraded the theme from 6.38 to the current 9.1, the homepage module is not the same as before. How can I restore it to the previous one? Can you guys help to set it up? The image is the original homepage.

What is the order of upgrading, is there a sequence of installing et-core plugins V5.13 and 9.1 themes that caused the current situation?

Hi, I didn’t do anything with the site after you guys helped restore the layout yesterday. I woke up this morning and noticed that the home page had pictures that were not displaying. What is the reason for this? The previous connection to our site still works. Thanks!

We would recommend you change Image Loading Type via Theme Options > Speed Optimization to Default. It looks like the LQIP type conflicts with an option of a plugin on your site.
